Took a shower, went to the bedroom to change and my floor was flooded!!! Called another company who said they couldn’t be here for 2 days!! I called County Line Plumbing they had someone here within 2 hours. They had to locate and dig up the line to fix the back up in my sewer line and I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, kindness and expertise. Jacob, Wes, Jakob & Jon arrived on time, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair options clearly, gave an estimated cost then proceeded to promptly complete the job, leaving the area clean and tidy. While dealing with the snow. I was particularly happy with their upfront honest pricing and friendly customer service - I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

County Line is top notch! Don't bother with anyone else. Just call them and get it done. My rental property in Mt Airy had a long history of sediment problems because it's on a spring. Cameron and Moe came out last year and made a quick analysis of the issue and recommendations on how to resolve it. It's been 9 months and running and I've had no issues with pressure or sediment since. Thank you, you all are amazing!

I can't recommend County Line Plumbing enough. They’re always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. We've used them several times, and they consistently take the time to explain the issues and solutions clearly. Recently, Jacob and Wesley came to fix two backed-up drains. Not only did they get everything flowing again, but they also showed me how to properly clean out my shower drain to prevent future clogs. I wouldn't trust any other plumbing company in the Triad.

County line was exceptional. Cole and Garrett were outstanding, on time, courteous gentlemen and very fast at gettin our 308’ well pump, pipe, wire and bladder tank replaced. I will recommend them to everyone.

We woke up this morning with our kitchen sink backing up. After calling three other places who could not get us an appointment until the next day, we called County line Plumbing. They told us they would be here within an hour. Jacob and Wesley showed up in 40 to 45 minutes. They assessed the situation quickly and quoted us what needed to be done to remedy the issue. The repairs took less than an hour. They made sure that the plumbing was working properly before cleaning up the area and heading out. Jacob and Wesley are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me some really good suggestions on how to prevent plumbing issues. I will make sure they’ll be my first call the next time I have a plumbing emergency. I will highly recommend County line Plumbing to my neighbors and friends.

Our nearly 50 year old septic system finally gave up the ghost. So we needed to connect to the King public sewer at the street. I gave County Line Plumbing of King a call, explained our situation and then they quickly came out to give us a free estimate, which we accepted. Let me tell you, County Line Plumbing crews are the hardest working people I've ever seen. Cameron , Moe and the others in the group functioned like a well-oiled machine. Not only were they professional and efficient, they have the experience and knowledge needed to complete a MAJOR job like this one. I can't begin to describe accurately everything that was done. It was very helpful that Cameron explained to us each step taken and why. County Line Plumbing of King went above and beyond what was necessary to complete this project without charging extra. Plus, working with a crew in the backyard, a crew in the basement, and a crew in the front yard, everything was completed that day, in the early afternoon! They were friendly, courteous and extremely careful around the whole property. I highly recommend County Line Plumbing for work on your own property. They're the best!

I used county line plumbing for the first time today.To fix a leak in the waterline that comes from the city water. They were very quick to identify the problem. Fixed it, and we're extremely professional and taught me things along the way. They also made a suggestion for a extra piece to maintain the pressure which I had no clue about. I love the flat rate and I think the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. If I need another plumbing job, completed Cole and Garrett. County line helped me add hot and cold taps and a drain to my garage so we could move our washer and dryer out there. Cameron and the other guys were friendly and did a great job. Very happy with the work they did and the price was reasonable.
